"Limitless" Banners

A simple mod that removes the banner pattern limit. The new cap is at 16! This mod is best used on Alinea.gg as they remove the banner pattern limit server-side.

The reason why it is max 16 is since Minecraft doesn't render over 16 layers on a banner. Perhaps will look into a way to overcome that in the future.

This mod should work to remove the limit if you add it both to the server and client, but can also be used if the sever you are playing on already enables you to do so.
